At 25 m², House 1 is our smallest house. A comfortable one-room space for one or two adults, with its own entrance and only a few steps from the path.
Inside, there is a sleeping area, bathroom, large wardrobe and a small kitchenette for preparing coffee, tea or something simple. But much of the pleasure of this house is outside. Its private balcony looks directly over the caldera and stays naturally shaded for much of the day — a quiet place for breakfast, a book, or a glass of wine when you return from exploring the island. There is also a second, private terrace above the house, with a more open, panoramic view across the caldera — another spot to sit outside and enjoy the view. Compact inside, generous outside, House 1 is an easy little Santorini home for two.

Our houses retain many features of traditional Santorini architecture, including steps, different levels and some open edges without conventional safety railings. They are also home to original family furniture and objects that have been preserved here for generations.
Families with children are very welcome, but we kindly ask parents to keep young children closely supervised at all times, both for their safety and to help us protect these pieces of the houses’ history.
