Master Cave Villa
House 4 is the largest of our houses
and the one that was once the main family home.
Spread over 90 m² and two levels, it preserves some of the most distinctive elements of the original cave-house architecture: high vaulted ceilings, curved walls and a beautiful internal cave staircase leading to the upper floor.
On the lower level are a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a workspace, one spacious bedroom with generous storage, and a bathroom. The cave staircase leads upstairs to the second bedroom and its own bathroom.
From here, doors open onto a private terrace overlooking the caldera. Back downstairs, the courtyard outside the kitchen has its own private jacuzzi, a wonderfully secluded place for a slow morning or a drink at the end of the day.
House 4 has always been a house to live in. It still feels that way today: spacious, slightly unusual, full of character, and unmistakably part of the family home it once was.

Our houses retain many features of traditional Santorini architecture, including steps, different levels and some open edges without conventional safety railings. They are also home to original family furniture and objects that have been preserved here for generations.
Families with children are very welcome, but we kindly ask parents to keep young children closely supervised at all times, both for their safety and to help us protect these pieces of the houses’ history.
